Arctic Consensus invites you to an Arctic Dialogue Meeting on EU’s Arctic Policy and Business Development. The dialogue meeting will be held as a webinar from Aalborg, Denmark, on the 29th of September.

AGENDA

Michael Mann,EU ambassador at large for the Arctic, will exchange on the Arctic agenda of the European Union and more particularly on the update of the EU Arctic Policy.

Mads Qvist Frederiksen, senior consultant at the Confederation of Danish Industry (DI), will speak about DI’s cooperation with sister organisations from Sweden, Norway and Finland on business development in the Arctic.

MEP Christel Schaldemose, Group of the Progressive Alliance of Socialists and Democrats in the European Parliament, will give remarks.

Conclusion remarks by H.E. Kristján Andri Stefánsson, Iceland’s ambassador to the European Union.

The meeting will be introduced by Lise-Lotte Terp, director, Arctic Consensus, and moderated by Rasmus Gjedssø Bertelsen, professor of Northern Studies, Barents Chair in Politics, UiT The Arctic University of Norway.
