Development in the possibilities of the future, often lies in the concept of connectivity. We need to be connected electronically, physically, virtually, on land, in the air and at sea. As a key prerequisite, business development in the arctic needs the infrastructure (both electronically as physically), to be optimal in order to create a framework for sustainable social development, throughout the world.

At the international Arctic conferences, the opportunities within the arctic are shared and discussed. Greenland´s future connectivity is an important issue in the continued development, both locally and internationally. The confederation of Danish industry (DI), has chosen to focus on this issue as a part of the annual “Greenland Conference” which will be held on December 4, 2019.

Among the speakers are CEO Karsten Høy from Greenland Venture, chairman Heidar Gudjonsson from Arctic Economic Council as well as the two Greenlandic members of the Danish parliament Aaja Chemnitz Larsen from Inuit Ataqatigiit and Aki-Matilda Høegh-Dam from Siumut. On the agenda, is also presentations by Greenlandic companies on infrastructure and mining. We are looking forward to an inspiring day, with connectivity and business development in focus. CEO Lise-Lotte Terp from Arctic Consensus will attend.
