The final programme for this years’ Arctic Futures Symposium is taking its shape. This year, the conference will be held digitally and will be divided on three days of webinars between Monday the 30th of November and Wednesday the 2nd of December.
Arctic Futures Symposium is an annual symposium which aims at creating discussion and sharing best practices between arctic stakeholders with various backgrounds and perspectives.
It is the 11th time that Arctic Futures Symposium will be held, and this years’ symposium will, among other topics, focus on:
- Arctic policies of the EU, Arctic states, and Arctic stakeholders
- Investment and entrepreneurship in the Arctic
- The EU’s engagement in the Arctic and implementing the EU Green Deal
- Pollution, Climate Change and Biodiversity: Challenges and Solutions
These panels will consist of relevant speakers, who will each have a presentation. Following these, a moderated panel discussion between the speakers will be held.
