Arctic Consensus has today been visited by representatives from the U.S. Embassy in Denmark, for among other things, a discussion on Arctic conditions.
The Arctic was in focus when the U.S. Embassy visited Arctic Consensus. Arctic conditions from both international and local perspectives were discussed during the meeting for mutual orientation and inspiration.
In addition to the mission to Denmark, the embassy is also responsible for overseeing American interests within the Kingdom of Denmark and reopened their consulate in Nuuk in June 2020. In September 2021, the US and Greenland signed an agreement on DKK 63 million to support the development of the Greenlandic education sector, tourism- and raw materials industries.
Thank you for a great visit.
